Pacifica Setup
Complete guide to setting up and automating Pacifica.fi farming through Farmtardio.
What is Pacifica.fi?
Pacifica is a Solana-based perpetuals exchange that launched in January 2025. The platform offers:
- High-performance trading with low latency
- AI-powered smart trading tools
- Points program for early users
- Self-funded by the team (no external VC pressure)

Prerequisites
- Solana wallet (Phantom, Backpack, or Solflare)
- USDC on Solana for collateral
- Farmtardio account connected
Step 1: Create Pacifica Account
- Visit Pacifica.fi
- Connect your Solana wallet
- Complete the onboarding process
- Enable trading permissions
Step 2: Deposit Collateral
- From the Pacifica dashboard, click "Deposit"
- Enter the amount of USDC you want to use for farming
- Confirm the transaction in your wallet
- Wait for confirmation (~30 seconds)
💡 Tip: Start with a smaller amount ($100-$500) to test the automation before scaling up.
Step 3: Connect to Farmtardio
- In Farmtardio, go to Settings → Pacifica
- Click "Connect Pacifica Account"
- Authorize Farmtardio to place trades on your behalf
- Verify the connection is successful
Step 4: Configure Your Run
Navigate to the Dashboard and create a new Pacifica run:
Choose Risk Level
- Low-risk: BTC/ETH/SOL majors, trades every 15-20 min
- Balanced: HYPE/ZEC/BNB, trades every 10-15 min
- Full-send: PUMP/PENGU/XPL memecoins, trades every 8-12 min
Set Budget Limits
- Daily budget: Maximum notional volume per day (e.g., $500/day)
- Max notional per trade: Position size limit (e.g., $50-$100)
- Max leverage: Highest leverage allowed (2x-10x depending on risk)
Step 5: Start Automation
- Review your settings
- Click "Start Run"
- The automation will begin executing trades in the next session window
- Monitor progress from the Dashboard
Monitoring Your Run
Track your Pacifica automation through:
- Dashboard: Overall stats and active runs
- Runs page: Detailed view of each run
- Logs: Real-time execution history
- Pacifica UI: Direct view of positions and PnL
Pausing & Resuming
You can pause your run at any time:
- Go to the Runs page
- Find your active Pacifica run
- Click "Pause Run"
To resume, simply click "Resume Run" from the same page.
Best Practices
- Start small: Test with $100-$500 before scaling
- Monitor daily: Check your runs at least once per day
- Adjust budgets: Increase limits as you gain confidence
- Track PnL: Keep an eye on profitability, not just points
- Stay natural: Don't run 24/7 - let the session-based trading do its thing
